At Kuwait Airways we call them FFS (Flight service Supervisor), Purser or CC (Chief Cabin)....

At First Choice it is FS (flight supervisor) and Skyservice it is CSM (cabin service manager)...

BA Citiexpress as it was were SCCM and CCM but as BA Connect we've now adopted Purser PSR and Junior JNR. In the days before BACX it was just a simple Number 1 or Number 2!!

At Austrian Airlines (OS) we call them
B737, A32x, F70 Senior
B767, 777, A330 340 Purser & Senior (Y/Cl)

FSM flight service manager
CSS cabin service supervisor( 1 ecconomey, 1 upper )
senior crew ( upper class crew )
cabin crew ( ecconomey crew )

At thomsonfly it was just cabin manager and senior cabin crew

But now cabin managers and seniors are all called IFS - in-flight supervisor

More like "let's loads the ovens with pizza slices"

except, of course, we don't do even cruddy pizza slices now....so more a case of "ooh let's count sandwiches instead" !

In charge flight attedant(ICFA).
Under their wing they wear a badge that says IN CHARGE.

One had always thought the seniors (CSMs) at the Red Rat were abbreviated from Chief Sandwiche Makers...

One has to be careful assigning titles of too grand a nature to 'the tarts' (God love 'em) lest we have more instances of the old Ansett mutiny becoming commonplace...

SCCM

At South African Airways, we have an IFSC Inflight Service Coordinator running the widebodies with SCCM's assisting him/her. A SCCM (Senior Cabin Crew Member) will run a narrow body jet.
