Rosters @ LHR EF
Could someone from LHR Eurofleet please take the time to show us what a typical monthly roster looks like. It would certainly help me in deciding whether or not I could fit in with the workload you guys have to do every month.

Anti ice, that's rather negative. If you work out the bidding system, which really isn't that hard, you will take home that kind of money, and you will get what you want. For 2 years now I've practically got 100% of what I bid for every month.
To the new people, I can't stress enough how important the bidding system is. If you can't be bothered to put your mind to it and work out how to use it properly then that's your fault if you get bad rosters. The system is there for a reason, and it DOES work and you WILL take home those figures quoted.
