Jal Final Board London

Hello there, can anyone tell me where the final board interview with Jal is to take place ? They told me it was in the D'Albiac House in Heathrow..I have no idea where it is.

Thanks for shedding some light.

Hi there D,albiac house or however you spell it is not far from T3. If you come out of the arrivals building of T3 walk past the staff bus pick up/drop areas and taxi rank, cross the road and its the building in front of you on your left opposite the multistorey car park. Good luck I got through to the final board. Prepare yourself for some more interesting questions and maybe one or two newer more mature faces. Keep smiling and good luck

Hi how did you get on? Did you get some of the old school interviewing you. I was unlucky to get a couple of folks that i had before the very first time i went for JAL. So felt it slipping away the minute i entered the room.
Still to get that far is pretty massive acheivement figures quoted to me were 4,500 applicants got down to the last 50 for 30 jobs apparently. Still was gutted but im on my feet with a good airline now.

Brgds

Hello, thx for your message :-) Yup Old school interview ... 2 japanese /2 europeans...The 2 guys ( european+ japanese) were so cold and distant as if they were bored & hot & bothered..Honestly, I didn't enjoy it as much as the 1st two interviews ! The Japanese guy even told me that my professional experience was lame ! lol i kept smiling & remained serene but obviously i was in rage inside.
I got the letter today & i'm unsuccessful ! well, c'est la vie :-) I just received a phonecall from easyjet & i'm successful w/ them ;-) It's not JAL but i will fly ;-)
Thx for your support & everything !

PEACE

Hi there thanks for that still never changes mind you probaly never does there. I found the Japanese guys easier as i have lived in Japan and could know the way. However yes they were quite cold anyhow im at a great company that has a lot more innovation if not the same great customer service as JAL but im happy its the best thing.
Congrats on EZY jet BTW ANA are hiring apparently but i think you need to speak two european languages good comany and i think better respected in Japan and not so stuffy.
Give it a try if interested

Cheers
