Air NZ Assessment Day..
Hi,
I am trying to prepare for an Air NZ assessment day, if you have been to one of these please could you tell me what I am to expect.
I would also very much apprieciate any interview questions that you were asked so that I can make sure I have covered as many as I can.

Hi Flyingkiwi, 
i havent been for an interview with ANZ yet, still waiting to hear back on my application, but from what i have been told, basically stress that you have a had a lot of one on one customer service! and think of good examples that you yourself have experienced so you can give good examples when asked how you dealt with customers. Both good and bad examples
