Smile bmibaby BHX base, ready for Friday?

Hello!

Just wondered how the new BHX base is doing? Is everything ready for first flights later next week? Is the crew room there yet?

Has everyone recruited specifically for BHX been through their training at Stockley now?

Does anyone know who the Team Manager's will be at BHX yet? I'm assuming some Manager's will be transferring from EMA.

Good luck to all those who are starting with WW from BHX, have fun in G-TOYB!

Take no notice of bmi330 Jill... we all know you guys at MME have your work cut out.

I hear all the time how other bases are called out to MME because your short of crew. Maybe someone at Pathfinder will read this and realise you need a nice proper crew room!

lol A330!!

Work cut out?? They don't do anything up there!

Yeah, we always used to fly out of MME, but that was because all crew were new and couldn't fly together!

Had some good times didn't we Jill in the summer?

Was on a late shift yesterday (i.e. mainly arrivals), but the first day of baby ops from BHX seems to have been OK. Yes, the c/c got their new uniform just in time for the first day's flights (as did the Aviance check-in staff), so good timing there. It actually looks better than the old one (OK, that's not saying much).

Paid a visit to their new (airside) crewroom and had a chat with some of the managers; nice bunch of people. Looks like working with them is going to be good!

Cheers
