only people wif contracts til oct 31st / nov 4th.
They said were gettin an md80 in dec and will b invited to reapply then so only really bein laid off til then.
reason bein coz the a300's r goin back 2 finland at the end of oct and there r no other a/c

Dont think it affects permanent crew, but could be wrong. Hopefully its just a temporary thing like was mentioned coz its not nice bein out of work. Hope it works out ok 4 everyone.

hajjie unlike your mobile phone's short message system, PPRuNe does not impose a limit on the amount of characters you can use in a post.
Using sms-speak makes your posts harder to read and can therefore be irritating. Reading your posts becomes easier if you use normal text.
Spelling mistakes, errors in grammar; it's all stuff that happens and many participants (me included) did not grow up with English as their first language, so we don't quarrel about things like that.

Each medium has it's own characteristics, so let's keep things simple here and use normal language as best we can.
