Qantas Planning strikes again, 211 crew short to operate 767 flying.

Attention all Qantas Long Haul Flight Attendants
DISPENSATION FOR DOMESTIC FLYING
Dear Colleague

Qantas has sought dispensation from the FAAA for long haul cabin crew to operate the 767 aircraft on domestic sectors.

DISPENSATION HAS BEEN REFUSED.

Qantas has allocated substantial amounts of our traditional international flying to your short haul colleagues on the Airbus. As a result Qantas now find themselves in a situation where they have insufficient short haul crew to undertake the very work they are employed to do and now look to the Long Haul Division to help them out of the mess they have created.

Should any crew member be asked to operate as previously mentioned, please contact the Association immediately on any of the following numbers:
