Hey there,
It will be an interview day, split into the usual 2 sections!
Its really friendly and easy going, you will start with an Introduction of yourself etc, then a group excersise, maths and general knowledge test (pretty easy) then if you get through that, the 2 to 1 interviews
Im sure if you be yourself you will do fine!
if you want any more info pm me..... Good Luck

Hey guys and gals!
I work for Astraeus, have been here since Feb 2004, and was previously with another airline for 2 years. Astraeus seems to be one of the few airlines recruiting at the moment, they are well worth a look, the winter flying programme is busy, and you would be flying to places like Taba, Sharm El Sheik and Aswan in Egypt, Aqaba in Jordan, Simferopol, Baku, Deer Lake, Freetown, Algeria, The Canaries and Malabo. The majority of these flights are Looonnnnggg days, but therefore the flight pay is good and your commission also benefits.
There are big plans for next summer, which I cannot go into, but all I will say is that Astraeus will be a very interesting place over the next 12 months!
Also, having been taken on in Feb, most of us have been given permanent contracts if we want them, so there is also a good degree of year-round job security involved, not common with other UK charter airlines.
Good luck with your interviews, and might see you out online shortly!
Regards
Mike
