The latest ( October '04 ) copy of Star Flyer ( Astraeus' in-house news letter ), under the section 'Crewing level', says the following:
Hope this helps.
Recruitment is now complete for a new training course at Gatwick commencing on 16 October for approximately 20 cabin crew. This is designed to ensure that our crew establishment reaches its required levels for the winter season and to enable much of our annual recurrent training to take place during November and December.
Recruitment for Summer 2005 is also being planned. The recruitment and training programme is likely to start relatively early to ensure that we have sufficient crew available to fly the extra aircraft arriving in the build-up to the full summer programme from May.

FAWannabe - w.r.t 'how do i get hold of this "star flyer"?'.... it's an internal Astraeus company news letter, ergo you either need to work for Astraeus or else know somebody who does and ask them for a look at their copy.
In any event, what I've reproduced from it above pretty much covers all it contained pertaining to Cabin Crew recruitment.
That said - and as Astraeus' management are occassionally known to read various PPRuNe threads - the present issue of Star Flyer has got to be the most concise and informative news letter that has been produced to date, wherein it candidly covers a good many of the topics of interest to those employed at Astraeus; so - to JH and the other contributors - "Well done folks - more of the same please !"

Is this singular or plural? And do you know what type?
