anybody flies air arabia or etihad airways?

any of you guys fly with air arabia or etihad? how is it and how's the pay. I used to fly with qatar airways and it was disaster! HOrrible destinations.. real low class passengers and very, ****ed up management and average pay.. I resigned and ended up scared for life! Is air arabia / etihad gonna give me the same hard time?

i think both ek and gf fly to almost same destinations as qr and nobody seems to be complaining about their destinations!
