summer shed off those kilos!

Summer is well and truly here!!! Sexy swimwear and sunnies time! Has everyone shed the winter kilos off??? If not there is still hope for us shiftworkers who sometimes dont have access to 24 hour gyms or are just too ******ed.

Has anyone had any success on any last minute tummy trimmers or techniques?

What are the latest cabin circuits??? the 717 crew seem to always look stunning maybe it's the crossing seatbelts...just dont let that maybeline run with all that sweat!!!

....oh and Neil Perry seriously has to get with it...has he even heard of Atkins?? how are we supposed to do the atkins diet damnit!!! GET WITH IT!!!

Red rat!
you should be ashamed of yourself! You cannot brag about how sunny it is down there while here in Europe it's pouring in every corner! I was in Paris the other day and it was raining! Went to London and guess what??? Raining even more! Flew to Milan and -oh surprise!- downpours!
there's no justice in the World that is...

proteins!

speaking of that chicken or fish I heard that worms are actually quite healthy. They are full of protien and minerals...great for toning!!!

Perhaps offering to stow everyones cabin bags in the overheads would be great for working out those biceps/triceps....also another handy tip of advice open all the lockers with one arm then turn around and walk back the other way and use the other arm to shut them....great cardio workout and gets those arms burning!!!

As for the weather....it's summer in oz and seriously you know what i mean...it's beach time!!! Time to tan!!!

It's all about portion control, eat regular meals but with Y class sized portions, stop snacking and boozing, lost 17 pounds in 1 month

calories

It's hard when you eat the economy class meals but then make sure you stay away from some of the very sinful snackies on QF business class. There are these little cup cake sized cake things that are mega sticky. They are served cold and they are quite hard. They must be based on butter or something...major alert do not consume unless you want your arse to be a helipad!!!! - same to the mudcake too calories calories calories
