Virginblue groundcrew

Hey Guys, I understand this is just a cabincrew forum, but I am invited to attend a VB groundcrew open day and would like to know any information or tips on whats involved in the assessment process?? I am currently a casual F/A for a private charter company and love it! I get to fly all famous people around. I think Virgin would be a great opportunity, so any advice?? would be highly appreciated.

HI Nikki_B,

Did you know that MEL base is recruiting for cabin crew too. It would be different to flying for a private charter, but we have lots of fun anyway.

I don't know much about the groundcrew interviews, but do make sure you understand the culture of the company.

If you are using ground crew as a step into cabin crew just be aware that there is a minimum 9 month rule. You must work in one area a minumum of 9 months before applying to another.

best of luck
