I'm not sure? The person I spoke to from the talent acquisition team said they were making calls as many misunderstood what "active hold" meant. She didn't say anything about an e-mail confirmation but did say you would probably here something further from them within the next few months even if it was to confirm you were still on active hold.

Hi @littleturtle... yep in the same boat.
Just received the email today. Everything was moving so quick.. no its 'active hold' time. Reapplying in after 12 months passes.. wow! :( |

Hi everyone. I am an external applicant that attended the MEL AD in June. I recently got all my 'green ticks' on my security clearance and also received the 'active hold' email today.

Seems that a lot of us internal and external are on active hold.
They are probably planning for more GS? There are many GS happening at the moment I guess HR was just updating us about our status right...? I assume after those current GS they'll put us through next? |
