I got my GC this morning also at 0636 GMT 
with a joining date of 5th February 2012.
So this is my story start to finish................
OD/AD - 3rd DEC
FI - 4th DEC
4th-10th DEC - Online Portal Under Review
11th DEC - Online Portal changed to Approval In Progress and Uniform Regulation email recieved
13th DEC - Online portal locked with famous red text
"You will be contacted by your Recruitment coordinator at the earliest"
14th DEC - Golden Call DOJ 5th February
Good luck once again to everyone who is waiting

Good luck to you! I am sure this time around you will be successful.. Try to read all the info that you can on how the people that made it and got the job did on their interview.
This forum is great with advice, and I found couple of sites with advice about assessment days as well. Its worth a read

I had my FI on monday, and I had a great time with the two recruiters!
I'm very confident, and really anxious!
I'm really proud of myself!
We were more than 450 candidates at the OD, and then, less than 40 people went trough the FI....
I hope everything works fine, and I can meet all of you in UAE!
