Malaysian Air Recruitment
Hi to all.
This is my first post in the cabin crew section. Before my queries I'd like to introduce myself as a CPL holder from NZ, highly unsuccessful in finding a flying job for the last 2 yrs. Although i don't want to quit the field I would like to get a job in the field itself. Which ended me up with the idea of becoming a cabin crew(still get to fly and work my way up). I am considering Malaysian Airways to join as their cabin crew for a period of 5yrs. My queries are:
1) Does MAS give you any brownies if you jump from the cabin to the flight deck?
2) Is the 5yr bond mandatory for cabin crew or is it possible to join flight crew if a vacancy arises before this 5yr period?
3) What can I expect for a cabin crew interview apart from the regular pilot interviews?
4) How is pay and life working for MAS?
