Recruitmeant for GVA is done seperatly to easyjet.
It is done through the 'easyjetswiss' brand, and recruiting for swiss is local.
We need a swiss based crew member to answer that for you as its different slightly for them and to be honest I have not seen any around here. But we will see what we can do.

Take home pay for a SCCM is between £1400 and £1900 for me, depending on how busy I am and comission etc.

If you do join easyjet then it will probably be the best move you ever make. I moved from a large airline to easyjet and have never looked back.

Good luck!

I also applied for that position, and was wondering what was taking them so long! Anyway, hopefully I'll get invited to the assessment day. As usual, anyone with any info about the EasyJet application process please get in touch.

info

Hi. My name is Ana, I'm looking for some information, I don’t have it very clearly.
I would like to know after you pass the interview with easy jet,
1. How long does it take to call you to go for a training?
2. How long in advance do you know your roster?
3. How does work the stand by?
4. How many days do you work and how many days do you get off?
In your free time if you like to go anywhere do you have to pay % for the ticket or have you pay just for the tax?
Thank you very much for your help, hopefully you can answer this questions, it means to me a lot.
You take care, Thank you very much.
Ana

This is meant for anyone from easyjet. I applied on line on the 18th january but as of yet i have not heard anything, i got the confermation e-mail to say they have received it.
I am getting a little worried now, also they are holding an open day on the 5th march at LGW if i have applied on line will this mean i cannot attend an open day?

Any answers will be much appreceiated.

Kind Regards.

Hello Sunny girl,

I went to an easyJet open day in Gatwick few weeks ago only because I saw THE NIGHT BEFORE an add on internet...

We were over 200 people, I'd never had any contact with easyjet, I didn't know how it worked ... and I passed everything. It's not very hard, you'll see.

Simply don't care of your application, go to the Recruitement day, take the assessments and if you're successful you'll be asked (if not already done) to complete the online application.
Good luck, if you want any advice, PM me.

I would give them a call. Or send an email 'just to inquire about the state of the application'. And if you want to go to the open day ask them about it at the same time. They might even think it's a good idea for you to go. I can't see why you shouldn't go, as long as you'll tell them on the day that you have a pending application going.

Good luck!

Easyjet

Hiya guys

This may have been posted but its been a while since i have been on here, just wondering i have an interview with easyjet soon, was wondering weather i should go as they state its a fixed term contract, so is this a six month temp contract, or is there a chance i would be kept on at the end of this fixed term.

Sorry if this has been discussed before.

regards

From what I know the chances of staying in the box once the contract finishes are quite high. There are various possibilities at the end of it:

- no renewal because the company is not happy with the performance of the employee.
- end of contract but offered the possibility of being hired again for the next season.
- offered a full time permanent position.

I do not know if there are more options but probably you will find them in other threads.

Happy flying

Francisco
