FAI cruising around in Russian Airspace

Can anyone explain.
Guess there is sanctions in place which have to be followed.
If we are such bad Partners, why are the Russians calling a German company to help one of them.
And if you check the history of the aircraft there has been several flights to Moscow lately.

I personally don’t take it too serious.
it’s just a shame, that there are still companies doing business with the Russians.
If they are really so great, strong and sophisticated as they always say, then why they still need us?
unfortunately money will always find its way.
Shame on all still supporting Russia at present.

In Case they filed the Flight Plan as Medivac I could understand a flight leaving Moscow towards AUH but definitely not coming back.
