What salary to ask for
Lol, thats exactly the attitude that annoys us in the bizjet world with airline types showing up.
On a serious note to your question, it also depends which European country you are asking about. Germany has historically been very low and poor and places like UK and France somewhat better.. But in comparison the salaries are all pretty bad compared to the US in the long range range bizjets currently.

Useless info that as the salary divide is quite big either side of the Atlantic… Pilots laugh in the US if offered 12k euro to fly a 650 or similiar sized bizjet… but thats seems to be what europeans ops are getting (but again.. the country plays a large roll in this, Germany as an example have always had piss poor salaries in Bizjets)
For what it's worth the new ProPilot salary survey is out. And yes renumeration is pathetic in most European countries.
