AAIB report citing fatigue as a factor
A good read in the U.K. AAIB December bulletin.
During approach to ILS 07L at VHHH, the aircraft descended down to 390 feet amsl at a point on the procedure where its cleared altitude was 1,700 feet amsl. Pilot fatigue cited as a factor.
