Logbook and Radio Licence

Morning guys,

a quick question, is it true that aircraft radio license is not longer required?
and, is there a standard type of logbook needed for a bizjet? or we can just the "cescom" logbook sheets?

Under what regulatory structure are you operating? Your location isn't particularly helpful in this regard.
