COMLUX - Are they really this bad?

So they pull CV's through agencies, do a skype interview and then refuse to return calls or emails.
Then I read the different threads about the company and now I'm thinking I may have had a lucky escape...

You mean the one that seems to use more crew than fuel based in EGLF.

The 767 seems to be another revolving door? I think I have seen at least 3-4 adds for crew for that over the past 12 months or so....

COMLUX - Are they really this bad?

So, do I correctly understand, Comlux will employ crew on very different employment contracts, as dictated by the individual clients?

It's industry well know that some clients will have a strong view on the "worth" of crew, but to have a large management company like this, accepting this kind of dictation, by taking on clients with this perspective, seems like bad judgment.
