COMLUX - Are they really this bad?
So they pull CV's through agencies, do a skype interview and then refuse to return calls or emails.
Then I read the different threads about the company and now I'm thinking I may have had a lucky escape... |
:ugh:

Needs a crew per engine per day!!!:}
And...they cant find it!:ok: |
Is not a 3 crew ops...
But isnt true either about the training...is...kinda!:oh: |
I have to agree, after working there, 18 months time to leave i saw 5 pilots leave inc myself on one AC.
Be very careful !!! :=:=:=:= Keep the blue side up TCP. |
You mean the one that seems to use more crew than fuel based in EGLF. The 767 seems to be another revolving door? I think I have seen at least 3-4 adds for crew for that over the past 12 months or so.... CP |
Not sure how it can ever work with only 2 pilots, especially with such a low salary. Anyway was told to avoid:cool:

Comlux CL 604
Not to mention the Farnborough based M Reg CL 604 which has similar crewing "issues"!

COMLUX - Are they really this bad?
So, do I correctly understand, Comlux will employ crew on very different employment contracts, as dictated by the individual clients?
It's industry well know that some clients will have a strong view on the "worth" of crew, but to have a large management company like this, accepting this kind of dictation, by taking on clients with this perspective, seems like bad judgment. |
They keep requesting pilots for a BD700 based in Amatty, why nobody stays there much longer?
|
True, I've noticed those adverts, again and again looking.. You're right, makes you wonder..
|
I think they will need 2 more for Almaty quite soon!
