La Mole - EU OPS Landing
checking the movements in and out of La Mole shows a steady flow of flights in and out during the summer months.
What would you reckon are the best aircrafts to fly - from the ones that are approved - CE525, 550, mustang, CJ2, DA 50, EMB-505?
Recently an operator announced landings with the EMB505 with up to 4 passengers but when comparing the landing weight limitations it seems optimistic under EU-OPS.
How do other aircrafts compare to this?
thanks

If I remember correctly from my time flying C525s, the CJ1 can operate with light loads and favourable wind, the CJ2 can't be operated at all, but the CJ3 can with reasonable loads. The C510 can only take off with enough fuel to reach (say) Nice to refuel. Stand to be corrected as it is a while since I flew these types.

i took a King Air in there and yes its ideal
When I landed there was a 550 parked up which I used to fly and had not seen for ages
Remember you need a french mountain flying endorsement or a dual checkout.
The problem is not going in but being allowed out and there have been many aircraft grounded while the pilots shoot off to Cannes to be checked out before they can depart.
