Depressurization/Emergency descend contingency

Hi guys,

Local CAA come up wit following finding:

- No published procedure for Depressurization over high terrain (eg. MSA, MORA, MEA....above 10,000ft)

All airframes in fleet are oxy. bottle equipped with endurance 30 - 40 min at FL200 - 250 with max PAX load. As we frequently fly over Iran they want us to have formal procedure for De-pressurization over high terrain. Do you have guys any flight crew procedure for given scenario?

Any suggestions appreciated.

K.
