ASL NV/BV (former SolidAir)

Hey folks!
Happy new year and all the best for 2013!

Anybody have feedback regarding ASL NV (Belgium) and ASL BV (former SolidAir)? (Freelance) salary on light jets (Premier I), roster, hotac, paid on time?, lifestyle, teamspirit etc...

Any thoughts?
