Different uniforms at Netjets

I was wondering what Netjets thinking (or non thinking) is behind having their pilots wearing different uniforms. It's several months that I have seen Netjets pilots wearing different uniforms now. IMHO it doesn't look professional at all and I cant understand why a company would have some Pilots wear a new uniform and some the old one. I can understand theres a problem with fitting but why not wait until all Pilots have a new uniform that fits?? A sign of incompetence on the management side??

any thoughts on this??
