Reserving a Type course

Hi,

If an individual reserves a type course a few months in advance of the course commencing date and then (for economic climate reasons or other reasonable reasons ie. pricing increases of type beyond ones budget ..) it is not possible to
take the course at that time, is the individual able to pull out of the course without incurring a penalty and also not to get into the "so called bad books" with the training facility for the future?

Thank you.

What does your Agreement state? Ours typically allow for cancellation on a sliding scale from 60 days unless we are able to resell the course but everyone is different

Dareen,

Sorry to state the obvious, but this question needs to be aimed at the TRTO's you are thinking of using as they will make you sign a contract. You need to see what is says.

Asking a rumour network thread is hardly going to get you an answer you can fall back on when you owe $50k for it all falling through!

The major ones (CAE & FSI) will be more than happy to help.

Best of luck,

SKP

Type courses

Bombardier Engineering courses, one can reserve and cancel pretty much up to a week before, but have done successfully around month before.
Always speek to the Course Controller/Admin assistant, as soon as you can!

We have never had a problem rescheduling on short notice.

They usually understand that things change on short notice.

That said, you should check when you initially make the reservation.
