I assume you are capable of German so it would probably help you to search for the CEO and his former company Elbe Air on line especially with spiegel.de

hello,
've seen your question and wanted to know what you found out about fairjet?
you fly for them and if so how are the conditions?
have invited me to an interview and I do not know whether I should take the long way from Vienna to me.
many thanks for the info,

Maybe I am wrong (if so: sorry) but my impression after chatting to the ops manager last year, was that this outfit prefers to employ the likes of self-employed lawyers, dentists etc (that also happen to live in the close neighborhood, have the luxury of managing their time at free will and most importantly would most willingly spend the initial extra buck for a type rating) to function as part time freelance "hobby" bizjet-pilots for pocket-money next to their main source of income. Catch my drift ? Past professional experience on other types = 0 advantage for you and of absolutely 0 interest to them. Almost like a pay to fly situation.
