...I didn't say that the aircraft won't be based in europe, but I explained at July, 6th at 12:20 why VP-C is the better solution for us.

If I "mis-interpreted" "HermanTheGermans" nickname...sorry.....but at least, some refreshing of history....

As to VAT....very complicated and always! depending on the individual situation of company/owner/base etc etc....

Get a very! experienced lawer and tax-consultant...( with excellent knowledge of international VAT implications )

As to M- vs VP- Reg....see comment above...

Must be a reason, why for example the entire Volkswagen fleet is on VP-Reg and based in Braunschweig.....

We were considering VP/M - Register and ended up with CH-...... VAT paid....
