ULR Aircraft needed

Our long term regular client now needs a ULR aircraft.
We are an existing operator and have many jets in management but none with 5500nm range.

We are looking for a long term dry lease, but will do short term if required.

We prefer a BD700 or GV, but our client could also go for a BBJ or ACJ.

pm me if you have a suitable aircraft and need to get it working. We envisage 350-450 hours per year, but could also break 500 if we get additional charter outside of our long term client.

Regards,
rsull

G550 rather then G5

Can not comment on Global situation, but the G5 is at the end of its range, with any payload, at that distance.

G550 should solve the problem.

Interested to hear the oucome.

A GV will do the job. 5500nm was just a round figure. Most flights will be around 4450nm, but some longer. I think that a Global 5000 is a little lean though. Im going to look into that next week.

Will the BBJ/ACJ do 5000nm? My previous employer was looking at BBJ's before I got there and, from what they said, it seemed to come up a little short on range.

Perhaps they have additional aux tanks.

A Classic GLEX or an XRS will do 5500 nm, but not the G5000, even with the latest SB increasing the fuel load. I've done LFMN-KLAX in a XRS at M084. And UHPP to Tahiti without a wet footprint.

Not many available, however; the market has been tightening up.

With the correct aux tank setup a BBJ should do 5500, also.

You can get up to 8 additional belly (aux) tanks in the BBJ, and in the ACJ you can fit ACT tanks in the hold. You can get over 6000nm from both with all the tanks.

If you have or manage a GV, BD700 and need more hours, contact me.
