Suggest you read the 411A obituary thread in RnN.
Crews not being paid and screwed about. Possibly a factor in the death by heart attack of one of their senior drivers.

PP - I think you are a tad mixed up - Privelege Jet and Prestige jet, not the same. A big however, Prestige are rumoured to be just like you mention!
....and by the way, this is just for starters!

Save yourself
Save yourself the frustration. If Prestige Jet already have the reputation of being harsh with their staff, why would you want to become involved with such an organisation?
This seems to be the "norm" throughout the Region regarding business aviation. "Work them hard, pay them low and if they are unhappy get rid of them". Oh yeah, don't forget the "Don't pay them" attitude.
Unfortunately, there will always be some Sad Sack out there willing to step in an take it. If all pilots were to boycott people like this they would soon be out of business. Another "pipe dream".

No worries.
Just trying to prevent someone else from having to endure what I've been put through...twice. It's rampant and there doesn't appear to be a legal remedy since contracts are not worth the paper they're printed on.
