I have been trying to dry lease a DA900, one would think that with the depressed market there would be some good deals to be made with owners that would lease while waiting for the market to improve. The only offers I had were at rates that made chartering from a AOC holder a better option by far. I thought there would be great interest in covering costs as opposed to an aircraft sitting around just gathering costs.
Boy, was I wrong.

Leasing Rates
There are a number of commercial leasing guides available at a cost - this type of information is rarely free. Up until the recent slowdown there was no market for leasing sub 10 yr old biz jets and as mentioned, many owners don' t want commercial use, despite the income benefits.

First off, it's not a "depressed market" for every aircraft type. If you want a new G550 or G650, you'll pay the list price, and wait until 2013 for the G550 and 2015 to sit in your G650. Most modern aircraft are moving well as long as the owner understands that the values of four-six years ago were an anomaly.
The credit history of the principal will determine alot of the variance in pricing quotes, as will the history of the flight department.
That said, expect to pay from 1.2%-1.6% of the value per month, plus hourly reserves and insurance.
Opinions vary, this is mine!
