S5-BAX Slovenian Citation S550 SII departing Forli' Airport, Italy in winter weather - veered off the runway on take-off - coming to an abrupt stop in the snow - aircraft said to be substantially damaged though no injuries to the crew.
Aircraft was to deliver a heart for transplant - unfortunately the heart did not make it to its intended destination of Turin.
Aircraft operated by GIO Business Aviatio.
