Becoming an Aviation Consultant?

Hi all,

Im not sure if this is the right section of the website for this post but hopefully people could point me in the right direction? I have been interested in becoming an aviation consultant but dont quite know the right route to doing this so need some help and advice from peolpe who know. I am currently working as a Health and Safety consultant but have always been interested in aviation more than anything else but never had the opportunity to get into consultancy for it. I have operations experience and a FATPL but thats it experience and qualifications wise.

Is there anyone who has any info on where to get started, which companies to approach and what qualifications are needed for this type of work. I am open to working in any aviation sector Business, commercial, cargo.

Thanks in advance for any relies, PM's or help!
