Elaboration = Nobody stole anything, no laws were broken, negotiation and diplomacy coupled with the realisation that aviation is a very small world prevailed, humility also played a large part, learnt anything? My table is far in excess of 20+.

Guppy...I think it would be a hoot to be sitting in some off shore dive bar having this conversation with you..
Something tells me we would see a new level of civility and logic from you in person, that certainly hasn't been seen here on the forums.

Intaway resourcing, are advertising for a Lear 45 Captain for a permanent base in Jeddah 7500$ this is the operator that we (me and other crew) were spat out from to be replaced with someone who was much cheaper he subsequently quit/booted to be replaced by someone else who the owner is also trying to replace currently (it stinks). This private owner has had too many crew to count over the last two years that I know of for this Lear 40 (VP-BHT) since we were there. Months to get expenses back, emails to check you have been paid , and when the owners bored off you go without any notice period... However as a stop gap any job is better than nothing I guess (?)
Negotiate a commutable roster pattern, dont under any circumstances move family etc for a permanent basing its just not a stable enough owner/operator
Thats been the experience of previous experience of the last 6 pilots on this lear that I know of.

Mmmmm, brings back some memories for me too! I was all wound up to deliver his airplane for him. Basically set it all up and he went and did his own thing using all the knowledge I provided him. Things have not changed then!

Good Evening,
Everything nice and easy at the Beginning. After a couple of days down there you will find that:
The owner is obsessed with expending as less as posibble on the A/C or in the operation (you can imagine about the crew) which sometimes makes things a little difficult, to say the less.
You have to share an apartment with the current copilot, which will make a detailed report of all of your activities, conversations and opinions to the owner, he is also waiting to be the next Captain, so no much future, just until he gets the necesary experience. Be careful, he will try to be your best friend in the meantime.
Apart from that if you like to be treated like a servant, the dust, the sand, to hear the prayer 5 times a day, enjoy high temperatures and a general caos complemented with a lack of basic rights is not a bad job.
Donīt go there.

Just noticed an ad on climb350 for Falcon 20 SIC based in Jeddah.... AFAIK this is the 3rd attempt by the same individual to get an aircraft operating, in the last two attempts, crews were left without salary.
So buyer beware.
