Intaway resourcing, are advertising for a Lear 45 Captain for a permanent base in Jeddah 7500$ this is the operator that we (me and other crew) were spat out from to be replaced with someone who was much cheaper he subsequently quit/booted to be replaced by someone else who the owner is also trying to replace currently (it stinks). This private owner has had too many crew to count over the last two years that I know of for this Lear 40 (VP-BHT) since we were there. Months to get expenses back, emails to check you have been paid , and when the owners bored off you go without any notice period... However as a stop gap any job is better than nothing I guess (?)
Negotiate a commutable roster pattern, dont under any circumstances move family etc for a permanent basing its just not a stable enough owner/operator
Thats been the experience of previous experience of the last 6 pilots on this lear that I know of.
