Flight duty period begins 45 mins before scheduled (not actual) off block time.
Flight duty period ends at final on chocks.
Duty period ends not less than 15 mins after final on chocks but may be more if post-flight duties require it.
Usually minimum of 12 hours rest after duty (more if more than 12 hours on duty before rest), but may be reduced by one hour in certain circumstances.
Maximum duty period varies by time of start and number of sectors (and, in our case, whether single pilot or multi-crew). Can also be extend by use of split duty (min 3hrs between flights) at rate of half hour extra duty for every hour split.

Duty period and flight duty begins 1 hour before EOBT, FDP ends at blocks on, and DP 30 minutes after.
Same as above for split duty.
Depending on the local time of departure the DP can be be up to 13 hours, and is reduced by 30 minutes for each sector from the third sector onwards with a maximum total reduction of two hours.
