bvi raft requirements
the opportunity to take a conquest to tortola has come up this weekend and i'm trying to find what the requirements are, if any, to fly to tortola under a part 91 flight.
since it's british i don't know if the requirements are different and this came up after all the fed's went home tonight. any help, reg suggestions, anything would be helpful.
