Embraer Legacy/135/145 IR Renewal
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any info on where would be best to renew my IR on the Embraer 145 sim.
I have recently been made redundant so keeping the cost down is a big issue for me. I am UK based.
I will also need a TRE if anyone has any contacts?
Any help or info will be much appreciated, even if it is just a ball park figure of how much I should expect to pay. I am an FO, so if there are any Capt's out there who need a sim partner, I would be happy to sim-share.
Thank you

Do you need to renew your IR or do you need an LPC?
The Flightsafety deal is only if the company that you have worked for had a full service contract with FS ( worth checking that).
Am checking my contacts if they are still current on the ERJ, will let you know.

OK thankyou,
It will be an IR that I need to do, as that expired along with my LPC at the end of April.
I'm guessing I would only need an LPC to fly an aircraft with an AOC, but unfortunately i have no job offers at the moment that would need me to have one

Hi there !
not sure if it is still there, but there was a E145 SIM in Manchester .
We changed last year from FS to Swiss Training in Zuerich , was very good and considerably cheaper then FS.
If you need more info PM me. i would possibly know an TRE/TRI aswell.
ps: it's not me
good luck

I spoke with the agency dealing with this demo flight job, and they told me that only 60 pilots applied for it, so maybe things are begining to look up ???????????????

Hey Guys, couldn't help noticing how helpful you were. On the same subject but different type (apologies for hijacking), anyone know of the most cost effective way to get revalidated on the Hawker 800XP, currency ran out in May 2009? Cheers.

Sim Seekers ?
As there must be a lot of unemployed guys (and ever growing ?) looking for Sims to revalidate their type ratings, or in need of OPC's etc., perhaps the Mod could start a "Sim Seekers" sticky thread, to help users and providers find the relevant info, and get in touch with each other. Whatdayathink Duck ?

I'm also available for advice (ok opinions) on various other areas of interest; housework, gardening; removals; odd jobs (no job too small); oh yes, and I can fly an aeroplane !
Did I mention I'm available for work ? ;-)
Must resurrect the "What do you do with your time" thread, as well.

Emb 145 revalidation
I was captain on the emb 145 but I need to revalidate my rating: therefore I would be available for pairing with FO if looking for.
I will most probably do it in September at the earliest.
Good luck for your research.
