Companies with Aviation Related core business's are lucky enough to be zero rated for corporation tax in the Isle Of Man.
I would suspect that its a new company incorporated specifically to purchase or manage a specific aircraft and therefore doesn't have any "history"
It might not be established but dont hold that against it.
