As far as I know, you can't* (no 605 sims in the UK) which could be why I'm writing this from Montreal.

*Free conversion with every aircraft though.

Hmmm!

Ok thanks but I can't see why you'd need a sim. I was going to ask TAG but as you're in Montreal I won't

Thanks anyway

CL605 performance

Chaps need some help with the following asap so we can operate / build for the bosses generic CL605 CFP's more accurately (he's looking at getting one). If anyone could point me to a fast source or contact it would be appreciated, I am not getting much joy from Bombardier directly:

Required from the CL605 manual

Climb, Cruise, Descent and Holding tables with Weight, FL, Distance, Fuel-flow and speed.

Thanks in advance.

All the flight manuals and techincal data for the CL605 are on the Bombardier website. You need a user name and password to get to that area, but the flight manual etc can all be downloaded

PM me if your struggling

Which software are you using for the CFP?
Usually they have a CL604 in the database that could be used.
Final adjustment can only be made once you have your "own" chally...

CL605 tables

Thanks Macjet
Indeed we tried the CL604 detail in the system but strangely the long range plans were running significantly out, 30-45mins extra on the plan time than they should...hence our need to look at the CL605 tables to compare.
Thanks anyway.

You certainly shouldn't find a 30-45 min difference CL604 to CL605. They're practically the same aircraft, in aircraft performance terms. (Same wing, same max weights, same engines, pretty much the same fuel system)

1: Which software are you using?

2: Did you manage to log in on the Bombardier CIC website?

3: Do you still need a 605 transition course? (if yes PM me)

Regards

MJ

605 is a 604 with a pro-line 21 cockpit no other significant differances performance wise. The 605 is slightly lighter which will give you approx 200nm more range depending on your interior fit! So 604 software should work!
