multi crew time

I was wondering when you fly a bizjet that is certified for one pilot but have two pilots in the cockpit, can you log the time as mutli-crew toward your 500 hours when unfreezing your ATPL. thanks

Yes, you can log multi pilot time on an aircraft, certified as single pilot, as long as its operated as multi crew under the AOC.

However, to unfreeze your ATPL you will need a multi pilot aircraft on your licence before they will unfreeze it.

(Unless its all recently changed....!! )
