Cessna crash in Santiago, Chile

BBC are reporting a light aircraft (Cessna 210) belonging to the Police as having crashed in the capital, killing the 6 on board as well as 2 on the ground.

Apparently on approach when it lost power to its single engine and crashed. Pilot seemingly did an excellent job in averting more built up areas.
