Longterm Bizjet operators?
Hello everybody,
with the bizjet market improving (at least I see lots of ads these days) which operator offers a reasonable longterm career? Or is it presumptuous to expect a stable longterm career in our fast changing world? I understand the bizjet world comes in all shapes and sizes. Any thoughts?
Thanks.

Longterm Bizjet operators?
Hi wondering,
Compromise is the magic word for a long term career with one operator. If you move on whenever you’re offered a few bucks more, then there will be no such thing as a long term career.
I have been flying with the same business jet operator for almost 8 years, although I have been offered better paid jobs. Sometimes we have been worked to the edge but in return haven’t been laid off during difficult times. What really counts is the whole package, which shouldn’t be limited just to financial aspects. However, it’s like everywhere in live, it only works if the “give and take” is respected by the employer and the employee!
Good luck,
g5tom
