Netjets Lisboa Sabotage Crew Forum
We all new Netjets managment hate crew unity but this is a trick that surprise even me.
To stop new hires using the crew forum their puppett tell them on indoc in Lisboa that managment can identify them from they email address. What bull****!!
If you are a Netjets new hire ask them on your indoc how can they access this information when they HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE SITE THEMSELF!!
They do hate it thow

I must say they do start their fearmanagement a lot sooner than before. The indoc apparently has become what it always intended to be : indoctrination or brainwash if you prefer that.........

It is not on PPRuNe.
It was set up by the crew themselves out of frustration. Lack of communication from management and no way of talking among themselves so they built their own virtual crew room.
NJE management have been invited to participate several times but they ignore it, at least publicly. In actual fact their eyes and ears (spot on AMEX) report everything back to Lisbon in much the same way the mole fed all info on their attempts to create a union directly to management.
Shrewd move on their part. Have the person running the indoc (which he delights in calling the 'intox' course) scare the new hires off using the site. They then will not hear what the longer serving crew are saying about various issues and their honeymoon period is extended.
