It was set up by the crew themselves out of frustration. Lack of communication from management and no way of talking among themselves so they built their own virtual crew room.
NJE management have been invited to participate several times but they ignore it, at least publicly. In actual fact their eyes and ears (spot on AMEX
) report everything back to Lisbon in much the same way the mole fed all info on their attempts to create a union directly to management.
Shrewd move on their part. Have the person running the indoc (which he delights in calling the 'intox' course
) scare the new hires off using the site. They then will not hear what the longer serving crew are saying about various issues and their honeymoon period is extended.
