OPS issue for P4 and VP- ????
Hi,
today by boss came out that he want (actually needed) to change the aircraft for our company. He was thinking to register the airplane on some country as P4 or VP-C or VP-B. He is alreay in contact with some law firm for the issue. but he is asking be efect on the operation of the flight?
The only thing that I rembember is that in many country and A/C
registered in an ICAO country does not need persmission to operate as private operator.
Can we keep the same advantages?? Can we fly domestically in the US??

I'm not certain what restrictions one might face as a private operator with a foreign registration operating domestically in the USA.
We, a FAR part 129 carrier have to get a permit to proceed if we want to continue onwards after having landed at a port of entry (revenue flight) and of course we cannot transport passengers between points in the US.
I do believe that you would have some differences in landing fees with a foreign registered aircraft
