Think very hard!
I have years of experience of LEA and from my experience I can only recomend them as a company for starting a career (ie get some hours under your belt and move on)! If not dont forget to ask them about there pension, health care and loss of license as I'm sure they will gladlly inform you that they offer none of this!
Oh and ask them about there basing policy as for those unfortunate enough to be south of the river you will find that you have to fund LEA by driving where ever they want you to go!
All in all a fantastic company! A real Career Company!

LEA Crew Bases
glidealive, you have a very good point there. With aircraft based at 4 airfields which are as far apart as FAB and STN, plus engineering, something will need to be done about this.
