Amex,

I was talking to one of the Gold Air management team only this week and they do try hard to reply to all CVs sent in. If you have not heard then maybe it has gone astray somewhere so I suugest you send another one to their new Chief Training Captain as I know he is sifting through CVs this week.

Good luck

MM

Thanks Miles Magister for the info and glad to see more guys will get jobs shortly.

Job sorted and I must say, in a flash.
Actually my point was that in this market companies need to have a clear idea of their requirements in terms of pilots and experience.
Then once that's perfectly identified, they must contact the gusy ASAP with an interview date sooner rather than later.
Finally give an answer as soon as they have made a decision and not wait longer than they need to.
It saves wasting resources (incl expensive Sim time) only to come to a situation where the guy has taken something else.
This doesn't apply to Gold Air in particular by the way but to many other companies, GA and Airlines alike.
