Why is there so much issue with the 24 hour rule.
My understanding is that the 24 hours starts when a challenge is posted, so the poster cannot declare a winner until that 24 hrs has passed, and thats it. This means that the maximum number of challenges a week is 7. If you are the winner there is no requirement to wait before posting a new challenge. |

You are understanding the rules perfectly well. Perhaps even better than the Mods. It is easier to avoid being banned than to get cleared when banned by mistake. Asturias keeps a clear margin and I think we (the rest) have enough patience? |

It has one of the longest runways in Asia - and was specifically designed to be able to take all the diverted traffic in case of an emergency closing Changi just to the north.
